Aren’t faith-based movements such as Hizmet marginalized, alienated, and anachronistic these days?

The Hizmet Movement is faith-inspired but not faith-delimited. It cannot be said to be marginalized, alienated or anachronistic because it is actively engaged in Turkey and world-wide. It successfully engages in establishing collaborative relationships through dialogue and joint projects with like-minded individuals and institutions of different religious and cultural backgrounds. It is in this sense a thoroughly forward-looking movement concerned to contribute constructively to the mainstream.
