In every country they receive approval and encouragements by the administrators of the educational institutions and other organizations. In order to gain trust, teachers and other staff members of the Gülen schools introduce themselves in positive ways to the government officials of the countries in which they had no previous familiarity. After passing this stage, again it became indispensable to get to know the people in positions of power, in order to acquire the school buildings, to prepare the school programs, to recruit local teachers, and to develop a structure that is in conformity with domestic laws, rules, and regulations. When this is accomplished, the schools are ready for operation.
After the establishment of the schools, the teachers and the administrators acquire a large circle of friendship with a view to introduce the investors arriving from Turkey with dignitaries of the host countries and the prominent members of the business community there. Success in business and trade increase the trust and the desire to cooperate. This state of affairs has brought the Gülen schools into a central position.
