10.000 Azeri Students Studied Hard to Enter Turkish Colleges

In aim to enter one of the 11 Turkish colleges in Azerbaijan, 10,000 secondary pupils studied very hard for the exam which took place on April 23.

Their parents also had nervous moments while waiting for their children to come out of the almost two hour-long exam.

Approximately 10,000 students competed for the chance to study at one of the 11 Turkish colleges in Azerbaijan. Students had to answer 100 questions on various subjects during the exams which took place in several cities in Azerbaijan.

While nervously waiting for their children to come out, parents explained that they prefer the Turkish colleges because they wish to provide their children a chance to acquire a better future, as well as a better moral character. Parents, amongst whom some had already sent one child to the Turkish colleges and hoped for their second child to join them, also remarked that beside providing a good education, the Turkish colleges raise generations that love their country and nation.
