Mozambique Turkish School Wins its First Science Medal
Providing high quality education around the world, Turkish colleges once again show their latest achievements. Willow International School named Turkish college in Mozambique came the second in the International Computer Project Competition held in Romania.
Students of the colleges, who for the first time in Mozambique’s history won silver medal in an international science Olympics, expressed their pride. Dielse Inroga says their horizons have broadened thanks to the Turkish college and new achievements are on the way.
Projects of 46 schools from various countries competed in the contest. Students presented their projects on Programming, Desktop Publishing, Computer Visual Art and Hardware Control to the jury. The Turkish college of Mozambique was awarded the silver medal for its project on Desktop Publishing titled, "Anti-Drug Group," from among 22 countries competing in the same category.
