President Gul Addresses Students
Children from all around the world were honored today by Turkish President Abdullah Gul at the 7th Annual Turkish Language Olympiads.
The performers from 115 different countries took to the stage and brought out lively performances to the audience in Ankara.
The program at the presidential palace began with a folklore dance from eastern province of Bitlis by the Kazakhstan team and continued with the solo performance of Tajik student who sang a well known song "Telli Turnam".
120 students participated in today's events.
President Gul addressed the students in Turkish praising them as well as their teachers who devoted their life to teaching away from their homeland.
