Migration and the Greater Struggle

For the most part our friends have been forced to migrate from their beloved countries because they have not been granted a right to exist there anymore. Pek çoğu itibarıyla bu arkadaşlar, kendi ülkelerinde/vatanlarında, toprağını tûtiyâ gibi gözlerine sürmek istedikleri kendi yurtlarında/yuvalarında kendilerine yaşama hakkı verilmediğinden, kendi ülkelerini terk edip başka yerlere "cebrî hicret" etmiş arkadaşlar.
Previous to this, some migrated using their free will to different parts of the world.
Until this current scenario played out, our friends were migrating to different parts of the world using their free will.
And then the forced migrations began. Daha sonra cebrî hicretler başladı.
There are a lot of verses in the Qur'an that point out this type of migration: Kur'an-ı Kerim'de, bu hicrete delâlet eden çok âyet var:
'Surely those who believe, those who emigrate...' (Al-Baqarah 2:218). "Allah yolunda hicret edenler" (Bakara, 2:218).
Some parts of the Qur'an say, 'Those who strive'. Bazı yerlerde, "cihad edenler" diyor.
In one chapter there are two references to migration with slight variations: Hatta bir sûrede iki defa, hemen hemen bir iki kelime farklılığı ile geçiyor:
'They migrated, left their homes and at the same time devoted themselves to strive.' "Hicret ettiler, yurtlarını/yuvalarını terk ettiler ve aynı zamanda orada kendilerini cihâda verdiler, mücâhedeye verdiler" deniyor.
Today, the word struggle or 'jihad' reminds people of 'combat with the enemy'. Evet, "cihâd" kelimesini dillendirdiğimiz zaman, insanın aklına sadece "karşısına çıkan düşman ile savaş" meselesi geliyor.
This is a tool that radicalism uses and a point that others get stuck on.
However when the word is analysed with context it is different to what most people think.
The verse says: 'Those (on the other hand) who strive hard for Our sake, We will most certainly guide them to Our ways (that We have established to lead them to salvation). "Hicret ettiler, göç ettiler, yurtlarını/yuvalarını terk ettiler; ondan sonra da mücâhedede bulundular" buyuruluyor ayet-i kerimede; "Bizim uğrumuzda gayret gösterip mücâhede edenlere elbette muvaffakiyet yollarımızı gösteririz.
Most assuredly, God is with those devoted to doing good, aware that God is seeing them' (Al-Ankabut 29:69). I should add 'For God, for God's Name, for God' sake, for God's way of doing things and for the law of the Messenger of God'. Muhakkak ki Allah iyi davranan ihsan ehliyle beraberdir" (Ankebût, 29:69) deniyor; "Allah için, lillâh, livechillâh, li-rızâillah, li-şe'nillah ve li-hukuki Rasûlillah" diyeyim ben.
We blessed them with different ways to serve the community. Hizmet etme adına onlara yol yol üstüne, yollar yöntemler lütfettik.
Not just one way; God Almighty utilised our friends in different cultures and they used different methods based on their location.
A general guideline was adhered to; the path of the Prophets was followed closely. Bir yol; temel disiplinler açısından çizgi korundu; Peygamberler güzergâhına riayet edilmeye çalışıldı.
But there were different variations in conduct due to the different social conjectures.
God says that, keeping the fundamentals the same, with different styles 'We will most certainly guide them to Our ways (that We have established to lead them to salvation).' Esas/usûl değil, üslup farklılıklarıyla, "Değişik yollar/yöntemler hidayet ettik" diyor Allah (celle celâluhu).
Now the word 'Jihad' in the Qur'an does not imply that you grab a sword and declare war against the people in the places you go. Şimdi (Kur'an'daki "Cihâd" kavramında sadece) gittiğiniz yerde dal-kılıç, millete karşı maddî mücadele etmenizden bahsedilmiyor, gördüğünüz gibi.
When you examine the issue deeply, no evidence suggests that. Meseleye derinlemesine baktığınız zaman, delâletin hiçbir çeşidi ile ona delalet etmediği görülüyor.
But jihad also encompasses that meaning; that is called the 'physical jihad'.
When the Pride of Humanity returns from such a jihad he says, 'We have returned from the lesser jihad to the greater jihad (striving).' İnsanlığın İftihar Tablosu da böyle bir cihâddan döndüğü zaman, "Cihâd-ı asgardan cihâd-ı ekbere dönüyoruz" buyuruyor.
He calls that physical combat 'the lesser struggle.' Ona (maddî mücadele ve harbe) "cihâd-ı asgar" diyor.
That lesser struggle occurs in the face of certain conditions. O (cihâd-ı asgar), kendine mahsus bir kısım şartlar muvacehesinde tahakkuk ediyor.
It is in response to protecting one's body, family, nation and responding to the clear actions of others' aggression.
Abdurrahman Azzam calls this 'defensive war', providing a undisputable perspective to this issue, they are defensive wars.
For instance, an army has left Rome and come all the way to Jordan, or there is a possibility of them coming. Ya mutlak, size karşı yola çıkmışlardır; mesela, Roma'dan kalkmış tâ Ürdün'e kadar gelmişlerdir, geleceklerdir, gelme ihtimalleri vardır.
Yarmouk and Tabuk took place with this consideration. Yermük ve Tebük, o mülahazalar ile gerçekleşmiştir.
Just like Abraha's army, provoked by the Persians, came to Mecca.
At a certain time they confront the Muslims more systematically in order to completely destroy them.
Yes, defensive wars occur when faced with either certain events or strong possibilities in order to protect the principles I mentioned above.
But this has been named 'the lesser jihad' because it is not ongoing, subject to certain conditions and the possibility of ones carnal soul also being involved.
Sometimes you reap the spoils of war, become a hero and return as a veteran. Bazen, ganimet elde eder insan, kahraman olur, gazi olarak geriye döner.
God's Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, takes all of it into consideration and calls it 'lesser jihad'. Efendimiz (sallallâhu aleyhi ve sellem) toptan, hepsini birden nazar-ı itibara alarak "cihâd-ı asgar" diyor; "Küçük cihâd.
We are returning to the greater striving. Ondan, büyük cihâda dönüyoruz."
Firstly: Bir:
This is to wipe away the marks and dirt that fighting can leave on the spirit and neurons. O küçük cihâdın ruhlarımıza şöyle-böyle bıraktığı izleri silme adına, nöronlarımızda bıraktığı izleri, tozu-toprağı silme adına.
God forbid! Not that the Companions are subject to such marks or dirt. Hâşâ sahabînin dimağında, nöronlarında, hipofiz bezinde, Talamus bezinde böyle bir kirlenme olmaz.
Since the Qur'an's statements together with God's Messenger's traditions are valid till the end of time, it is necessary to analyse them in the context of the companions. Ama Kur'an-ı Kerim'in bu mevzudaki ifadeleri, kıyamete kadar gelecek insanlara göre olduğundan, Efendimiz'in ifadeleri kıyamete kadar gelecek insanları nazara alarak ona göre hitap olduğundan dolayı, meseleyi "ashâb" çerçevesinde ele almamak lazım.
When they return from such a war, some return with spoils of war; maybe some recently entered Islam and have not developed principles and good manners. Şimdi öyle bir cihâddan döndüğü zaman, insanlar ganimet ile dönüyorlar; belki bazıları yeni İslamiyet'e girmiş, henüz o işin âdâb u erkânını tam bilemiyorlar.
Their minds could be somehow clouded.
This is a minor thing. Bu, küçük bir şey.
Actually, there is something more significant than this: Esasen bundan büyük bir şey vardır:
If the minds are polluted and thoughts distorted, then there is a need for cleansing.
This is called 'the greater striving' by our noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, Ona da Efendimiz (sallallâhu aleyhi ve sellem) "cihâd-ı ekber" diyor; "büyük cihâd" diyor.
This striving is against man's own carnal self, lust, and the sparks and signals of Satan. O, insanın nefsine karşı, hevâsına karşı, şeytanına karşı, şeytanın şerarelerine karşı, sinyallerine karşı.
Satan sends some encoded signals which are then decoded by the carnal self.
These signals are desirable to the carnal soul, and we are affected by them without even knowing it. İnsanın hevâ-i nefsine de uygun gelir o, hiç farkına varmadan.
The Qur'an mentions this as 'They accept their carnal desires as God', may God protect us. "Nefsini/hevâsını ilah ittihaz etti" sözü ile ifade ediyor onu Kur'ân, neûzubillah.
What does this mean? Ne demek bu?
Men do what their carnal selves tell them to do: O (nefis, hevâ-i nefis) ne diyor ise, onu yapıyor insan:
'Bend', so he bends. "Eğil", eğiliyor.
'Stand', so he stands. "Kalk", kalkıyor.
'Lie down', so he lies down. "Yat", yatıyor.
'Bow', so he bows. "Rükûa var", varıyor.
'Prostrate', so he prostrates. "Secdeye var", varıyor.
He who accepts his carnal desires as God does whatever his carnal self tells him to do. Hevâsı ne diyor ise, onu yapıyor, hevâ-i nefsi ilah ittihaz eden.
However much his mouth utters the words 'There is no deity but God, and Muhammad is the Messenger of God', man can only conduct himself according to his attitudes and behaviours.
He acts according to what keeps his heart and mind busy. Hangi duygu, hangi düşüncenin mızrabını yemiş ise şayet.
What we call the 'tongue' should not be understood literally, as it means 'the heart' in Farsi. "Dil" değil esasen; esas "dil" dediğimiz, Farsçada "gönül"dür.
When matters generate from the heart and are expressed through the tongue, we say we are expressing them with our 'tongues'; which is 'language' in Arabic.
This is the gist of the matter. Esprisi bu, meselenin.
What our noble Prophet expressed as 'the great striving' is that which is against man's own carnal self, lust, signals of the devil, people's opinion, their applause, the attractive beauties of the world, worldly ambitions, the delusion of immortality, and choosing this world over the afterlife, as if we will stay here forever. Efendimiz'in "cihâd-ı ekber" dediği şey, insanın nefsine karşı, hevâsına karşı, şeytanın sinyallerine/şerarelerine karşı, hafizanallah, halkın takdir etmesine karşı, alkışlamasına karşı, dünyanın câzibedâr güzelliklerine karşı, hezâfirine karşı, tûl-i emele karşı, tevehhüm-i ebediyete karşı, dünyada ebedî kalacakmışçasına, bilerek dünyayı âhirete tercih etmesine karşı.
Unless man keeps himself in check with a self-control mechanism, he is bound to lose this fight.
Therefore, this is a constant striving. Because, one faces new things every day.
Sometimes, we are appreciated.
Sometimes applauded. Bir yerde bir alkış ile karşılaşır.
Sometimes we are placed in a position or given a rank.
Sometimes, we find people treated by others as though they are God.
Sometimes, they are met with 'A distinguished (!) person who holds all the essential qualities of God'.
Without realisation, they get defeated by these satanic signals; one is miserable, unaware that they are stumbling while trying to walk on the path of the Prophets. Hiç farkına varmadan, bu şeytan sinyalleri karşısında mağlup olur; o zavallı, Peygamberler güzergâhında düşe-kalka yürüyordur fakat farkında değildir.
He says 'Islam', but it is not a sound that reverberates from the heart, it is merely an arid, weak gossip that is entrusted on the lips. "İslam" diyordur fakat deyişi -esasen- kalbin yediği bir mızrap ile bir ses değildir, bir soluk değildir; dile-dudağa emanet, gayet yavan, gayet zayıf, sadece güftügû'dan ibarettir.
Gossip Güftügû, dedikodu demektir.
Faith based on backbiting Dedikodu Müslümanlığı.
For this reason, because this is constant, our noble Prophet sees this striving as a great achievement and calls it 'the greater striving'.
The state of our friends is such a striving. Şimdi, arkadaşların durumları, işte böyle bir "cihâd" durumu.
At one time God gave them the opportunity for wilful migration.
Some stayed behind and supported them; in terms of opportunity and morale support, they waved after them, they said, 'Let them go and come back safely'. Bazıları da arkada kaldılar, onları desteklediler; kuvve-i maneviyelerini desteklediler, imkân açısından desteklediler, "Gidin, yolunuz açık olsun" dediler, yollarına su serptiler, "Gitsinler, dönsünler, gelsinler" dediler.
By God's grace and will, this was in a way mutual 'solidarity', 'cooperation' and 'organisation of tasks'. Böyle karşılıklı "teâvün" oldu, "tesânüd" oldu, bir yönüyle "mesâînin tanzimi" oldu, Allah'ın izni-inayetiyle.
God Almighty gave vast success and victories for this concord and alliance.
Breathing the beauty of Islam to the spirit of others via representation.
Just like blowing into a trumpet. Âdetâ bir sûr ile üflüyor gibi.
Not a trumpet, but with sweet melodies from a 'reed flute' as mentioned by Rumi.
According to styles of 'Saba', 'Ushshaq', 'Huzzam', 'Rast' and 'Hijaz'. Yerinde "Sabâ" ile, yerinde "Uşşâk" ile, yerinde "Hüzzâm" ile, yerinde "Rast" ile, yerinde "Hicaz" ile.
They said, 'This will be best here, that would be best there'. "Burada bu gider, burada bu gider, burada bu gider" dediler.
They learnt that they could explain what they wanted through their character, cultural environment and representation.
Like the Dominion of Sawr. Şimdi elektronik tabloya yansıdığı gibi, Sevr sultanlığında.
'Don't worry, God is with us.' "Tasalanmayın, Allah, bizimle beraber."
He made it obvious that He was with us. Allah, beraber olduğunu gösterdi, hissettirdi.
They went to such places that they had never heard of or learnt about.
Where? Nereye?
It seems to me, if you had placed a map in front of them and said, Zannediyorum haritayı önlerine koysaydınız:
'Without thinking too much, if you can point at where you are going on the map, I will give you a Nobel prize', they would not be able to know. "Gideceğin şu yerin nerede olduğunu hemen, derinlemesine çok düşünmeden, parmağınla bana işaretle, ben de sana Nobel ödülü vadediyorum" deseydiniz, bilemezlerdi.
They asked at the airport; 'How do I get there; does this airplane go there?' Sordular, gidip havaalanına, sordular; "Falan yere nereden gidiliyor, nasıl gidiliyor; uçak oraya gidiyor mu?" falan.
That is how they went there. Öyle gittiler oraya.
And they did not have any money with them when they were leaving. Ve giderken beş kuruşları yoktu.
Perhaps as capital, the only thing they had was their character, their power to represent, their way of being, with God's leave and permission. Belki sermaye olarak sadece karakterlerini, temsil güçlerini, hâl güçlerini ortaya koydular, Allah'ın izni-inayeti ile.
And God Almighty opened the doors of their hearts like castle doors.
He made them serve in a way no state was able to. Hiçbir devlete müyesser olmayacak şekilde onlara hizmet ettirdi.
And with God's permission, it continues. Despite all the destruction, it continues. Allah'ın izniyle, hâlâ da devam ediyor; onca tahribata rağmen devam ediyor.
Yes, let us turn to God with prayer and invocation, and this is beside the point, may God continue this matter until the Day of Judgement. Evet, Cenâb-ı Hakk'a dua ve niyazda bulunalım -antrparantez- Cenâb-ı Hak, kıyamete kadar devam ettirsin.
For the one who signified its longevity, who informed with the eye of the unseen and showed us our goal, the Noble Spirit of the Master of Humankind said: Çünkü o devamı işaretleyen, aynı zamanda gayb-bîn gözüyle görüp olacağını haber veren veyahut da bir hedef olarak gösteren Hazreti Ruh-u Seyyidi'l-Enâm idi, sallallâhu aleyhi ve sellem:
'My name will permeate everywhere on which the sun rises and sets.' "Benim adım, güneşin doğup-battığı her yere gidecek" diyor.
Think of the places where the nights never end, the days never end; the world of penguins, north of I don't know where. Gecenin bitmediği, gündüzün bitmediği yerleri düşünün; penguenlerin dünyasından Kuzeyde bilmem nereye kadar.
He says, 'Wherever the sun sets and rises, my name will reach there.' "Nerede Güneş doğup-batıyor ise, oraya kadar Benim nâmım ulaşacak" diyor.
God Almighty allowed for this to happen in a very short amount of time, by God's leave and permission. Cenâb-ı Hak, onu çok kısa zamanda lütfetti, yaptırdı, biiznillah, biinâyetillah.
However those ignorant ones who do not know the core essence of the matter. Fakat o meselenin mahiyet-i nefsü'l-emriyesini bilmeyen nadanlar.
'The ignorant take pleasure in the talk of the ignorant. "Nâdanlar, eder sohbet-i nâdan ile telezzüz
The lunatic shall still befriend the lunatic.' Divânelerin hemdemi, divâne gerektir."
'The talk of the ignorant, the omen of the ignorant.' "Sohbet-i nâdân, alâmet-i nâdânist."
Sadi says this in The Gulistan. Sâdî diyor, Gülistan'ında.
To befriend the ignorant, to behave like them, to be dragged behind them, these are omens of ignorance.
Yes, your friends have strived against this spiritual striving wherever they went. Evet, arkadaşlarınız gittikleri her yerde -böyle- manevî cihâd ile mücâhede ettiler.
I will repeat it one more time: Bir kere daha tekrar edeyim:
When we say 'struggle' or jihad, there is a physical struggle. As I expressed earlier, there are theologians who add 'freedom' to the five fundamental matters, which would make it the six fundamental matters. That is, protection against certain threats, physical defence against attack, which we call the 'lesser jihad.' "Cihâd" dediğimiz zaman, bir, maddî cihâd; biraz evvel arz ettiğim gibi, usûl-i hamsenin -"Hürriyet"i de ilave eden Usûlcüler var, "usûl-i sitte" olur o zaman.- muhakkak tehlikeler karşısında korunması, onlara karşı verilen savaşta maddî mukabelede bulunulmasıdır ki, buna "cihâd-ı asgar" deniyor.
However, when it comes to the greater striving, it continues consistently. Fakat "cihâd-ı ekber"e gelince, o, devam ve temâdî ediyor.
And for the continuity of this striving one must always hold themselves subject to self-control, to face one's self, as mentioned in the latest writings, to always face one's self.
In one way, to review one's relationship with God.
To test one's self with the fundamental disciplines of Islam every day. Kendisini İslam'ın temel disiplinleri ile birkaç defa her gün test etmesi.
To say: 'Where is my connection with God at? Where do I stand with Him? "Allah ile münasebetim nerede, acaba Ben nerede duruyorum?
Where am I in comparison to where I should be?' Nerede durmam lazım geldiği halde, şimdi neredeyim?" demesi.
All of this, and to also take one's self as a few steps behind the position they may see themselves in, then review themselves.
For example, God Almighty may have taken them somewhere; with a wave of their hand a land has could have become bathed with light.
However, they will step back and say, 'If I wasn't involved, this matter would have progressed much better', as well as, 'because this matter continued being attached to me, due to my stumbles, the matter stumbled as well'. Fakat birkaç adım geriye çekilerek, "Ben olmasaydım, herhalde bu mesele çok daha ileriye gidecek idi" mülahazasına bağlı, "Bir yönüyle bu mesele, bana bağlı gittiğinden dolayı, bana ait takılmalardan ötürü, takılma oldu" demesi.
Yes, 'Those who emigrate (to another land) for God's cause after they have been oppressed on account of their faith, We will surely give them goodly residence in the world, Evet, "(Bulundukları yerde inançlarından dolayı) zulme maruz kaldıktan sonra Allah uğrunda hicret edenleri elbette dünyada güzel bir şekilde yerleştirir, onlara güzellikler hazırlarız.
and their reward in the Hereafter is certainly greater.
If only they (all people) knew (how great that reward is)! Ah, (insanlar) bunu bir bilselerdi.
The emigrants have shown patience and have only trusted their Lord' (An-Nahl, 16:41).
Look, it says: Bakın, diyor ki:
After being oppressed, they have migrated. Zulme uğradıktan sonra bunlar, hicret ettiler.
We will definitely provide them with many beauties in this world. Dünyada, Biz, onlara mutlaka güzellikler hazırlayacağız.
However, that will not suffice and once it comes to the Hereafter, the rewards are much bigger.
Regarding the second verse in the same chapter, I believe it was a few pages after the above verses, in the Chapter An-Nahl it says: Aynı sûredeki ilgili ikinci ayette ise -Zannediyorum yukarıdaki ayetten birkaç sayfa sonra, Nahl sûresinde.- diyor ki:
'Yet surely your Lord turns with favour to those who emigrate after they have been subjected to persecutions (because of their faith) and, thereafter, exert themselves in God's cause, and endure with patience (whatever befalls them) - "Buna karşılık, şüphesiz ki senin Rabbin, imanlarından dolayı mihnet ve işkenceye, zulme ve baskıya maruz kalan ve nihayet hicret eden, ardından Allah yolunda mücâhede eden, çalışıp didinen ve sabredenlerle beraberdir.
Indeed, in return for such (good deeds), your Lord is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate' (An-Nahl 16:110). Evet Rabbin, onların bütün bu güzel davranışlarına karşılık olarak elbette günahları çok bağışlayandır, (bilhassa mü'min kullarına karşı) hususî merhameti pek bol olandır" (Nahl, 16:110).
They were put through certain tests, and that is why they migrated; they were put through tests, and were forced into the compulsory migration. İmtihana tâbi tutuldular, bundan dolayı hicret ettiler; imtihana tâbi tutuldular, cebrî hicrete maruz kaldılar.
However they kept themselves busy; they struggled and spiritually strived, and built houses in people's hearts.
God (may He be glorified and exalted) planted love into hearts. Allah (celle celâluhu) kalblere vüdd vaz' etti.
The archangel Gabriel, announced it to the inhabitants of the heavens: Cibril, bütün gök ehline duyurdu:
'God Almighty loves these people and those people, you should love them as well' "Allah, falanları seviyor, siz de sevin."
Our noble Prophet says: Efendimiz buyuruyor.
Then, Almighty God granted love and interest towards them on earth.
Then they were exposed to hardship at the places they went to: Sonra gittikleri yerlerde sıkıntılara maruz kaldılar:
They came across problems in the camps. Kamp sıkıntısı çektiler.
They faced visa problems. Vize sıkıntısı çektiler.
They faced economic problems. Geçim sıkıntısı çektiler.
They needed help. Muâvenetlere muhtaç oldular.
They needed aid and help. Himmetlere muhtaç oldular.
But they gritted their teeth and displayed 'active patience'. Ama dişlerini sıkıp "aktif sabır" içinde sabrettiler.
'Patience is the magical key to freedom', they displayed patience, did not complain. "Sabır, kurtuluşun sihirli anahtarıdır" sabrettiler, şikâyet etmediler.
We add something onto this: Buna bir şey ilave ediyoruz:
Active patience. Aktif Sabır.
Not by placing themselves into a constant and fixed position; that will push a person into dispersion, and internal destruction.
Patience in the process of action. Hareket halinde sabır.
'I am here; what do the conditions allow for me right now? "Ben, buradayım; şartlar, ne yapmama müsait?
How much permission does the current context grant me for a visa?
From now on, surely Your Lord. Bundan sonra artık, şüphesiz Senin Rabbin.
Also attributing our noble Prophet's blessed name, Hem de Efendimiz'in (sallallâhu aleyhi ve sellem) nâm-ı celiline izafe edilerek.
To consider them as an audience. Muhatap olarak O'nu alarak:
'Your Lord' "Senin Rabbin."
So, considering your own horizon and scope, the Divine Essence that cannot be comprehended Yani, Kendi ufkun itibarıyla, nâ-kâbil-i idrak; o nâ-kâbil-i idrak Zât-ı Baht var ya.
That Essence that You know so well, and which others don't.
He is Your Lord. O, Senin Rabbin.
After all of this. Bütün bunlardan sonra.
There is emphasis here. Bir de "Lâm-ı Te'kîd" var.
The All-Forgiver... Günahları yarlıgayıcı.
In an exaggerated tense; there is no-one in comparison in terms of forgiving sins. Mübalağa kipi ile; günahları yarlıgamada eşi-menendi yok.
And also The All-Compassionate; there is no one in comparison to His compassion.
Especially the word, 'The All-Compassionate'; the saying, 'The All-Merciful in the world, The All-Compassionate in the Hereafter' shows that this attribute is most profound in the Hereafter, in the form of Paradise, rivers and partners.
But I think, you will say, just as Rumi or Yunus Emre or Haji Bektash desired, or even previous to them, how our great mother Rabia al-Adawiyya declared,'Neither manna nor quail, I am only desperate to see God'.
I think neither the rivers of Paradise, nor its palaces or mansions.... Zannediyorum, ne Cennet'in ırmakları, ne köşkleri, ne villaları.
But those blessings are a Divine decree of God, so we should say, 'For the sake of the Giver, we regard these as testifying to God's Blessings. Ama onlar, Allah tarafından birer atâya olduğundan dolayı, "Veren"in (celle celâluhu) hatırına, tahdîs-i nimet kabilinden kabul edilir.
'O my Lord! "Yâ Rabbi.
We thank you for these, but we gave our hearts to something else, that was to witness your Beauty and Perfection. Bundan dolayı da teşekkür ederiz, fakat gönlümüzü kaptırdığımız şey bizim, başkaydı; o da Senin cemâl-i bâ-kemâlini müşahede etmek."
To witness the vision of Divine Beauty that is superior to thousands of years of Paradise. Cennet'in binlerce sene hayatı, bir dakikasına mukabil gelmeyen Cemâl-i bâ-kemâlini müşahede etmek.
To witness in one moment all of the beauty that You have spread across trillions of galaxies in the universe. Dünyada, ukbâda, bütün sistemlerde, trilyonlarca sistemde, Senin serpiştirilmiş güzelliklerinin hepsini bir anda müşahede etmek.
This is such a thing that when they see it, they will be enamoured.
As I have repeated before, 'When they see it, they will forget the blessings of Paradise Çok tekrar ettiğim gibi, "Gördükleri zaman onlar, Cennet nimetlerini unutacaklar.
What a pity to those who attribute all human acts and accomplishments to themselves by denying God any part in them, they reject ever seeing them. Yazıklar olsun o ehl-i İ'tizâl'e ki, görmeyi inkâr ediyorlar.
Woe to them' the author says in Bad al-Amali. Yuf olsun onlara" diyor, Bed'ü'l-Emâlî'de.
So the ones who have devoted themselves to this, with the permission of God, they are walking on their path and taking part in that spiritual striving.
For a person on this path, as mentioned in the verses above, God is going to be All-Forgiving; His Compassion is going to manifest itself.
As He has expressed himself in a Divine hadith, may our lives be sacrificed for the Soul who translated that Divine hadith to us: O, Kendisi ifade buyurduğu gibi, bir kudsî hadiste de -O Kudsî hadise tercüman olan Zât'a (sallallâhu aleyhi ve sellem) da canımız kurban olsun.- Allah şöyle buyuruyor:
'For my righteous servants, I have prepared blessings that no eyes have seen, no ears have heard and that have never occurred to any human heart', for my righteous servants. "Salih kullarım için hiçbir gözün görmediği, hiçbir kulağın işitmediği ve hiçbir insan kalbinin de tasavvur edemediği nimetler hazırladım" sâlih kullarıma.
The one who does strives to do everything perfectly, without the contamination of fame, recognition, worldly rank, luxurious living, comfort, and without choosing the world over the Hereafter. Yaptığı her şeyi arızasız, gıllügışsız, içine bir şey bulaştırmadan; şöhret, nam, nişan, dünyevî ad, istikbal, yaşama zevki, bohemlik duygusu, rahat hissi, dünyayı bilerek âhirete tercih etme duygusu bulaştırmadan yapan.
The one who refuses all these and desires what is true. Bütün bunları elinin tersiyle itmiş; hep neye tâlip olacak ise şayet, ona olmuş.
One who refuses all these and in one sense says, 'These are secondary wishes for me'.
For my righteous servants. Sâlih kullarıma.
Faultless and free from all defects. Arızasız, kusursuz.
Is this 'worship', 'servanthood' or 'ultimate devotion'? "İbadet" mi, "Ubudiyet" mi, yoksa "Ubûdet" mi?
May God bestow us the summit of ultimate devotion. Cenâb-ı Hak, o zirveyi (ubûdet zirvesini) cümleye müyesser kılsın.
If the travellers of that path walk with the intention of 'I will reach that summit', God will bestow them with that.
We should have a firm intention and take our steps according to that intention. Niyeti sağlam tutmak lazım; o niyete göre adım atmak lazım.
We should soar like turtledoves with the ultimate aim of reaching that horizon and progress towards it. O ufku yakalama adına kanatlanmak, üveyikler gibi kanatlanmak, ona doğru yürümek lazım.
Eyes have not seen it. Hiç göz, görmemiş.
Ears have not heard it. Kulak işitmemiş.
These are not things that one can imagine or conceptualise or think of.
I have prepared these for my righteous servants. Ben, sâlih kullarıma onları hazırladım.
If the righteousness is well protected, if all is done for His sake, God bestows such things that I believe all the hardships, tests and miseries will transform into stories to be told to each other in the Hereafter, as expressed in the Qur'an in another verse.
Just as we describe what happened to us in the past. Bizim geçmişte olan şeyleri anlattığımız gibi.
I experienced May 27 (1960) which hit me deeply; March 12 (1971) which also hit me; I have seen September 12 (1980) and got hit twice and I not only got hit but also slapped by February 28 (1997). Ben 27 Mayıs'ı da gördüm, onun tokadını yedim; 12 Mart'ı gördüm, onun da tekmesini yedim; 12 Eylül'ü gördüm, onun çift tekmesini (çiftesini) yedim; 28 Şubat'ın hem tekmesini hem yumruğunu yedim.
But now we recount these like stories; comfortably as we recount Badr, as we recount the victory of Uqba ibn Amir over the Persians. Fakat şimdi oturmuş bunları birer menkıbe gibi anlatıyoruz; rahat, Bedir'i anlattığımız gibi, bilmem nerede Ukbe İbn Âmir'in zaferini anlattığımız gibi, Perslere karşı zaferini anlattığımız gibi anlatıyoruz.
We recollect what happened in the past like stories.
Therefore people's experiences today will constitute anecdotes that people on the right path will tell each other in the afterlife. Dolayısıyla bugün bu çekilen şeyler, Hak yolunda olanlar için, öbür tarafta insanların karşılıklı birbirine anlatacağı menkıbeler haline gelecek.
And then they will look around, thinking: Ve sonra dönüp bakacaklar:
'Where are the people who did this to us?' "Bu işleri bize yapan insanlar acaba neredeler?"
'God-willing, I hope they are not in Hell. I hope they aren't stuck in limbo'. İnşaallah öbür tarafa (Cehennem'e) gitmezler; inşaallah, Araf'ta da kalmazlar.
That's another part of it. Orası da ayrı bir şey:
Looking at both sides. Bir oraya bakma, bir beri tarafa bakma.
There are various interpretations on this. Onun hakkında farklı yorumlar var:
The Later Ones (to enter Paradise). Sonradan girenler.
Apparently they could not enter earlier. Önce girememişler demek.
But they see both sides.
When they look at the other side, they tremble with anxiety and fear; when they look this way, they are excited with hope and joy. Öbür tarafa bakınca, endişe ile titriyorlar; beri tarafa bakınca da sevinçle, inşirah içinde şahlanıyorlar.
They say, 'My God, my God, my God'. "Allah'ım, Allah'ım, Allah'ım" diyorlar.
You will say, 'Please include us among Your good servants in Paradise and with Your blessing, generosity, grace and favours, please bless us with the intercession of the noble Prophet and for the sake of his pure family'. "Allah'ım, ebrâr diye bilinen iyi ve hayırlı kullarınla beraber bizi de Cennet'ine dâhil eyle, seçkinlerden seçkin Peygamber'inin şefaatiyle, O'nun tertemiz aile fertleri, ashâbı, onları takip edenler ve sonrakiler arasında adım adım onların izinden gidenler hürmetine."
The world is nothing more. Dünya, bundan ibaret:
'Behold through the eyes of wisdom, this world is but a guesthouse, "Çeşm-i ibretle nazar kıl, dünya bir misafirhanedir
No soul stays here for good, what a strange abode it is. Bir mukim âdem bulunmaz ne acîb kâşanedir
The share of a king and subject alike is nothing but a plain shroud, Bir kefendir âkıbet sermayesi şâh u geda
What else then are those conceited ones but mad?'
Some are mad for palaces, villas and ships. Let them be. Bırakın birileri saraylarda mecnunluk yaşasınlar, villalarda mecnunluk yaşasınlar, filoları olmakla mecnunluk yaşasınlar.
To live rationally, smart, is to live wholly focused on the other world. Bence "akıllıca" yaşamak, tamamen öbür âleme kilitlenmektedir.
Of course, God Almighty may bestow on you worldly favours.
You may be engaged in trade; He may give you wealth. Ticaret yapıyorsunuzdur, zenginlik verebilir.
He did so to Uthman, to Abdurrahman ibn Awf. Hazreti Osman'a vermiş, Abdurrahman İbn Avf'a vermiş.
May God be pleased with them both of them a million times. Radıyallahu anhüma; ikisinden de Allah, trilyon defa, katrilyon defa razı olsun, Allah razı olsun.
But when necessary, as narrated, he donated 500 camels along with their loads.
Five hundred, right? Beş yüz değil mi?
Yes, fully loaded. Evet, yüküyle vermiş.
Do you understand what this means? Bu ne demek, biliyor musunuz?
It is comparable to 500 armoured vehicles in our time. Being donated at the same time.
His heart was so open; he did not let his wealth seep into his heart. He stood outside it, acted only as the safe-keeper of the wealth.
the Honourable Sage Bediüzzaman also emphasises this notion using the following key phrase: Hazreti Pîr de bu meseleyi -anahtar ifadelerden bir ifadedir- şöyle vurgular:
'We must abandon the world in the heart, not necessarily in practice.' "Dünyayı kesben değil; kalben terk etmek lazım."
Abdurrahman ibn Awf is also similar to Uthman. Abdurrahman İbn Avf, Hazreti Osman ölçüsünde.
Possibly İhtimal.
One of those ten companions promised Paradise; I cannot even be their fingernail. Aşere-i Mübeşşere'den; hâşâ bir tırnağı olamam ben.
I hope to be of those who wag their tail in admiration behind them, if God Almighty wills.
I can comfortably place my head under the feet of Abdurrahman ibn Awf. Başımı -çok rahatlıkla- ayaklarının altına koyarım Abdurrahman İbn Avf'ın.
The Pride of Humanity says: Ama İnsanlığın İftihar Tablosu buyuruyor ki:
'I saw Abdurrahman ibn Awf being dragged into Paradise.' He said, 'He entered later', due to his wealth. "Abdurrahman İbn Avf'ı, Cennet'e sürüklenerek girerken gördüm." "Sonradan giriyor" diyor, servetinden dolayı.
When he heard this, he spent all of his wealth in the path of God. Bunu duyunca Hazret, bütün servetini Allah yolunda infak ediyor.
That is to say that none of his wealth stayed in his heart. Demek hiç gönlüne girmemiş onun.
Now from this perspective, wealth obtained through legal means must be comfortably given in times of need. Şimdi bu açıdan, meşru dairede kazanılan şeyler, verileceği yerde rahatlıkla verilmeli.
Your brothers, your friends, the wonderful people of Anatolia, until their minds were corrupted. Sizin insanınız, yani kardeşleriniz, o Anadolu'nun mübarek insanı, kafaları bozulacağı âna kadar.
In different places, people who don't even completely understand this showed their generosity. Değişik yerlerde, hiç anlamayan insanlar bile cömertlik sergilediler.
I won't give his name; but there was a person who didn't know about these things. Adını vermeyeceğim; anlamayan, bu işlerden anlamayan biri vardı.
In that period of time, we went door knocking and we didn't receive even one single negative reply. O dönemde herkesin kapısına gittik, tek bir yerde olumsuz bir tavır görmedik.
We visited many different types of people, atheists, deists, materialists, positivists, others I don't know, we visited everybody; we didn't ever receive even one single negative response from these people.
Again we went to visit a person in this frame of mind. Yine bu duyguya yakın birisinin yanına gitmiştik.
During that period of time, there were only 5-6 schools. Daha o zamanlar beş-altı tane okul vardı.
When we began to explain how it all happened, the man got so excited that he said, 'Let me build one too'.
These people do not understand. Farkında değil bu insanlar.
They think the movement did all of this themselves. Yok bilmem Cemaat bir şey yapmış da.
They think that I'm busy playing with billions of dollars. Yok, Kıtmîr, milyarlar ile meşgul oluyormuş da.
Outside of the author's rights on my books, I have no other income; not even a retired pensioner's wage. Kıtmîr'in kitaplarının telifinden gelenden başka şeyi yok; emekli maaşı bile almıyor.
Being a preacher. Vaizlik.
In the periods of time when I wasn't preaching on the pulpit, I did not use my retired pensioner's wage; I donated all of it to the needy. Vaaz etmediğim dönemde, emekli maaşımı almadım; bir fakire veriyordum ben onu.
Because even when I was preaching on the pulpit, I questioned receiving a salary. Çünkü vaaz ederken bile sorarak maaş aldım.
Because the act of preaching essentially is commanding good and forbidding evil; consequently I had doubts. Çünkü vaaz etme, esas, emr-i bi'l-ma'ruf nehyi ani'l-münkerdir; dolayısıyla şüphelendim.
I was working as an Imam. İmamlık yapıyordum.
The scholars of jurisprudence, the leading scholars, approved of receiving wages as an Imam; but I did not come across any who approved of receiving salary for preaching on the pulpit. Fukahâ, müteahhirîn ulema, imamlıkta maaş almayı tecviz etmişler; fakat ben vaizlikte maaş almayı tecviz edene rastlamadım.
I successfully passed the preacher examinations when I was 17 or 18 years old. On yedi, on sekiz yaşında iken, vaizlik-müftülük imtihanını kazanmıştım.
I went to Edirne three years before my compulsory military service, after successfully passing those exams. Askerliğimden üç sene evvel Edirne'ye gitmiştim, o imtihanı kazanmış olarak gitmiştim.
'If I become a preacher, will I be getting salary from commanding good and forbidding evil? "Acaba vaiz olsam, emr-i bi'l-ma'ruf nehy-i ani'l-münkerden maaş mı almış olurum?
For God's sake, will you command God's laws and forbid evil and then get money in return?
This job must be done voluntarily' I asked one of the leading students of Bediüzzaman, the Spokesman of our Age: Bu iş, bedava yapılır" sordum ben, Çağın Sözcüsü'nün önde gelen talebelerinden birisine sordum:
'Brother, they are offering me a wage for preaching but I have doubts about this', he said: "Ağabey" dedim, "Bana vaizlik teklif ediyorlar ama ben bundan şüpheleniyorum" dedi ki:
'Someone just like you once came and asked Bediüzzaman, the Honourable Sage, the Shining Light, and the Radiance of Spiritual Support: "Aynen senin gibi birisi geldi; Hazret-i Pîr-i mugân, Şem'i tâbân ve Ziyâ-i himmete dedi ki:
'Dear Sir, 'Efendimiz.
They are offering me a position of preacher and saying I will be of benefit. Bana vaizlik teklif ediyorlar, yararlı olacağımdan bahsediyorlar.
But I am suspicious of the salary I will receive. Ama ben, alacağım maaştan şüpheleniyorum.
Can I receive a salary from commanding good and forbidding evil?' Emr-i bi'l-ma'ruf, nehy-i ani'l-münker karşılığı maaş alınır mı?'
He stated: Buyurdular ki:
'If you need it, then accept it. 'Ona ihtiyacın var ise, al onu.
If you do not need it, then donate it to others.' Ona ihtiyacın yok ise, aldığını başkalarına infak et.'"
When I stopped preaching, I was supporting a poor family.
The current administration came, being such benign (!) people they said, 'You did not find it appropriate to receive a salary for giving sermons, and so it is not appropriate for you to allow others to receive it at a time when you don't give sermons. Sağ olsun (!) bunlar geldiler; bunlar çok hayırhah olduklarından (!) dolayı, "Sen, vaaz etmekte maaş almayı tecviz etmiyordun; vaaz etmediğin bir dönemde onu başkalarına yedirmen de caiz değildir.
To protect you from such sins we are not going to provide a salary'.
To be honest, it is impossible to not be excited by this Islamic jurisprudence (!).
They say I control millions and billions of dollars. "Milyarlara hükmediyor" diyorlar.
This is an incentive. Aslında teşvik.
It is coming together in 'Qur'anic reasonableness' "Kur'ânî Makuliyet"te bir araya gelme.
Do you know who this phrase belongs to? Bu tabir kime ait biliyor musunuz?
Al-Muhasibi from the successors; a person who lived hyper-correctly, so carefully Tâbiîn dönemindeki el-Muhâsibî diye birisine; kılı kırk yararcasına yaşayan bir insana.
Ever so carefully...
Al-Muhasibi was so careful with everything he did. Kılı kırk yarma değil, kırkta birini bile kırka yarma hesabı ile oturup kalkan birisine: el-Muhâsibî.
Therefore, many theologians of today dislike him. Onun için günümüzdeki teologlar hoşlanmazlar ondan.
Why? Neden?
His interpretations of the obligations on God's servants are so hard that according to his standards they will not be able to call themselves 'Muslim'. Yaptığı teklifler öyle ağır ki, onun karşısında kendilerine "Müslüman" diyemezler, ondan dolayı.
Therefore they will say, 'Do not read his books'. Dolayısıyla "Onun kitapları okunmasın" derler.
People come together around a 'Qur'anic logic'. "Kur'ânî Mantık" etrafında insanlar, bir araya geliyorlar.
You are saying: Siz diyorsunuz ki:
In our current time people are suffering from very important problems. Günümüzde insanlığın çok önemli dertleri/problemleri var.
For instance, there is a problem of heresy. Mesela, ilhad problemi var.
Due to the lack of people who can guide with their actions and personal conduct, people stray and shun from belief.
Especially when taking a look at today's radicals. Hele bir de günümüzdeki radikalleri görünce.
Like ISIS; may God reform them. IŞİD gibi; Allah ıslah eylesin.
Like Boko Haram; may God reform them. Boko-Haram gibi; Allah, ıslah eylesin.
Like Al-Mourabitoun; may God reform them. Murâbıtîn gibi; Allah ıslah eylesin.
May God guide to the truth those who helped provide guns to these groups and therefore be a part of this path, take a turn for the better. Onlara silah yardımı yapanları, dolayısıyla onların çizgisinde olanları da Allah ıslah eylesin.
Look, there are so many people who are in need of God's betterment.
Yes, there are problems of indulging in materialism. Evet, materyalizme inhimak gibi problemler var.
Think about how Marxism and Leninism have dominated societies by filling up the emptiness that those societies had. Düşünün belli bir boşluk değerlendirilerek, Marksizm, toplumun hayatına hâkim oldu; Leninizm, toplumun hayatına hâkim oldu.
There have been many other movements that have dominated societies.
Deism is very popular across the world and in Turkey these days; it has become a governing factor in people's lives.
This is an important problem for a community. Bu, bir toplum için önemli bir problem.
Belief is very important. It is the wings that allow one to rise. Deism is a negative equivalent of it; it breaks these wings and paralyses mankind. İnanç, çok önemli, insanı şahlandıran kanat; ona mukabil bunlar, o kanatları kıran, insanı felç eden faktörler, sebepler.
What is a plausible approach against these? Bunlara karşı makul yol nedir?
For if there is a prescription against these issues, it must certainly be applied and shared.
For if education is the way to prevent and heal these problems that have spread like metastasised cancer cells, we must surely educate.
Let us talk about another problem. İkinci bir problem nedir?
Disunity amongst people. Seeking the demise of one another, seeking to feed on others like monsters and cannibals. İnsanların ihtilafı, birbirini yemeleri; canavarlar gibi, yamyamlar gibi birbirlerini yemeleri.
To counter this disunity we must open schools in different places of the world; where all races and all people come side by side. Essentially, we must facilitate brotherhood and sisterhood amongst all of humanity. Bu ihtilafa ve tefrikaya karşı, değişik yerlerde açacağınız okullar ile, siyahı, beyazı, turuncuyu yan yana getirerek, esasen, insanlık çapında kardeşlik düşüncesini tesis etme.
This is amongst the necessities that are required to solve the problems of the world.
What is another problem that mankind faces? Diğer bir problem nedir?
Ignorance... Cehalet.
Another issue that causes people to blunder and fall on the path towards God, the way of the Prophets is ignorance.
Education is once again the way to combat this issue. Bunu izâle etmenin yolu da yine "eğitim" yoludur.
Now, when you explain all this saying, 'The solution to division, Şimdi siz bunları anlattığınız zaman, "İhtilafa çâre.
The solution to ignorance, Cehalete çare.
The solution to poverty, Fakirliğe çâre.
And consequently the solution to leaving faith, Ve dolayısıyla ilhâda çare.
The solution to disputes, Birbirini yemeye çare.
With God's consent and beneficence, all of these can be fixed with education, with schools, with positive sciences, with the teaching of your values.' When you explain all this as such, people find it logical and quite promising. Bunların hepsi, eğitim reçetesi ile, mektep reçetesi ile, aynı zamanda pozitif ilimler ile, size ait değerlerin hallaç edilerek beraber sunulması sayesinde, Allah'ın izniyle, zâil olacak" dediğiniz zaman, siz bunları söyleyince, el-âlem meseleyi makul buluyor.
In the words of Al-Muhasibi, 'Qur'anic reasonability'. Muhâsibî'nin ifadesine göre "Kur'ânî Makuliyet".
This also comes together with the reasonability of the Prophetic Tradition, the promising nature of the Prophetic Tradition. Thus, people unite under its teachings, strive towards the same goal, and thus they may even sacrifice everything for it, with God's leave and beneficence.
That is how it happened, that is how they progressed so quickly. Ve öyle oldu; öyle gelişmeler oldu.
A day came when there were one thousand four hundred schools across more than one hundred and seventy different countries. Gün geldi, dünyanın yüz yetmiş küsur ülkesinde bin dört yüz tane okul oldu.
Not seeing that fact is not only being blind, but it also shows a lack of discernment.
I cannot find words in any dictionaries or encyclopaedias to convey the other.
Not only an inability to see all this, but going so far as to exert efforts against it. Bunu görmezlikten gelme değil, bunu yıkma cehdi içinde bulunma.
I do not know what one would name such a monstrosity, infamy, debasement.
If you wish, you can have a look at the Diyanet Encyclopaedia of Islam. I'm not sure how many volumes it is, thirty or so right?
Go and have a look at that. Alın ona bakın.
You won't be able to find a word to explain this picture. Bu tabloyu ifade edebilecek kelime bulamazsınız.
If you call it 'brutality', brutality will say, 'You are insulting me.' "Vahşet" deseniz, "Yahu bana hakaret ediyorsunuz" der.
If you call it 'dishonour', it will tell you, 'This is an insult to me.' "Denâet" derseniz, "Yahu hakaret bu, benim için" der.
Same for the words 'atrocity', 'Insult' and even 'evil deed', it will say, 'This is insulting'. "Şenâat" deseniz, "Hakaret." "Şeytanî şerâre" deseniz, "Yahu hakaret bana" der.
Satan will say, 'Please do not relate this to me. Şeytan der ki "Yahu bunu bana nispet etmeyin.
The things I do are quite certain, and limited. Benim yaptığım şeyler belli, sınırlıdır.
These are such things that they have already surpassed the things that I was planning to do.' Bunlar öyle şeyler ki, benim yapmayı planladığım şeyleri çoktan geçti."
Yes, they will say so. Evet, böyle derler.
To declare 'lesser jihad' to things that have been established by Qur'anic reasonableness and to do this thinking that 'I am doing good' is the act of the ignorant who have no idea at all about the greater striving. Kur'ânî makuliyet ile teessüs etmiş şeylere karşı "cihâd-ı asgar" ilan etmek ve bunu "Sevap kazanıyorum" diye yapmak, "cihâd-ı ekber" hakikatinden habersiz nâdanların işidir.
'The ignorant take pleasure in the talk of the ignorant. "Nâdanlar eder sohbet-i nâdânla telezzüz
The lunatic befriends the lunatic.' Divânelerin hemdemi divane gerektir."
This came out on the electronic board: Elektronik tabloya şu yansıdı:
'The heart is God's throne, "Gönül Çalab'ın tahtı
On the heart God shone, Çalap, gönle baktı
He who wrecks a heart...' Kim gönül yıktı ise."
I change Yunus Emre's second verse a bit: Yunus Emre'nin ikinci mısraını değiştiriyorum biraz:
'He who wrecks a heart... "Kim gönül yıktı ise
Is unfortunate in both worlds.' O, iki cihan bedbahttı."
How many hearts have been wrecked? Evet, yıkılan gönül sayısı ne kadar?
'He who wrecks a heart...' "Kim gönül yıktı ise."
At the moment, I make evaluations in my mind based on probable calculations; fifteen million people's hearts have been broken. Şu anda ben kendi kafamda, böyle ihtimalî hesaplar ile kendime göre değerlendiriyorum; on beş milyon insanın gönlü kırılmış.
  Neden?
Because if about a million people suffer at present, their mother, father, uncles, aunts, neighbours, relatives, classmates with whom they sat together, teachers, students. Çünkü bir milyona yakın insan mağduriyet yaşıyor ise, annesi, babası, amcası, dayısı, teyzesi, halası, komşusu, akrabası, aynı masada oturduğu sınıf arkadaşı, öğretmeni/muallimi, talebesi.
You have got to multiply one with twenty; if the number is one million, then it means twenty million people's hearts are bleeding every second.
This is such a felony that when Satan sees this felony in the other world, and he already utters such a dialectic of excuses; as the Holy Qur'an states, he will say: Bu, öyle bir cinayettir ki, şeytan, öbür tarafta bu cinayeti gördüğü zaman, zaten bazı yerlerde o kaçamak diyalektiğini yapıyor; Kur'ân-ı Kerim ifade ediyor, diyecek ki:
'I swear to God; I haven't committed any of these.' "Vallahi, billahi, tallahi; ben bunların hiç birini yapmamıştım."
